摘要: While endobronchial lesions that present with symptoms of obstruction may be reflective primary bronchogenic malignancy, there have been a number reports bronchial other than carcinoma simulating epithelial malignancy clinically. Twenty-five cases symptomatic disease were encountered pathological assessment demonstrating an process carcinoma, representing metastatic (breast, colon, renal, head and neck origin), fungal infection, Hodgkin's lymphoma, melanoma, lipoma, broncholith inflammatory pseudopolyp. The report underscores the potential pathogenetic heterogeneity in presenting signs obstruction, emphasizing critical role biopsy for establishing definitive diagnosis.
