摘要: We report magnetic and dielectric properties of Fe containing langasite compound Ba3NbFe3Si2O14. It has an antiferromagnetic transition at TN ∼ 27 K. crystallizes in hexagonal non-centrosymmetric structure. The only component Fe3+ ions form geometrically frustrated triangular structure, which give rise ferroelectricity this compound. behavior shows consistent behavior. anomalous constant the temperature proves it to be a multiferroic system.
