摘要: Abstract This paper describes a technique for selection of buses in sub transmission system location distributed generation (DG) and determination their optimum capacities by minimizing losses. The have been selected based on incremental voltage (dV/dP) sensitivities. Line flow constraints accounted. Type-3 DG i.e. wind turbine along with induction generator has considered the study. Differential evolution (DE) used to evaluate capacity results compared those obtained using bare bones particle swarm optimization (BBPSO) multi-membered non-recombinative (μ + λ) strategy (MMNRES). developed algorithms implemented standard 6-bus 30-bus test systems.
