摘要: Short and long sleep duration has been linked with a variety of consequences such as impaired cognition, increased risk chronic health conditions (e.g., cardiovascular disease), motor vehicle accidents, mortality. The objective this article is to review relevant evidence from recent large-scale prospective studies. On the basis review, recommendations are provided facilitate future research in area.
