摘要: A semi-quantitative assay method was used to study the distribution of IgG heavy chain sub-classes in normal and fractions obtained from it by isoelectric focusing, residual hypogammaglobulinaemic sera. The focusing proved that IgG2 present lowest pH; IgG1, although detectable all fractions, maximal at high pH values, only sub-class found 9·5 fraction, which highest found. IgG3 detected with intermediate values. The sera these could have a grossly abnormal mainly due variability titres.
