摘要: Severe incomplete cerebral ischemia of 30 min duration with CBF below 5% normal was induced in rats by clamping both carotids and lowering BP. One group were fasting (f-rats), while the other infused glucose before induction (g-rats). In f-rats lactate accumulating cortex about 15 μmol · g-1, whereas g-rats it rose to 35 g-1. considerable recovery energy state electrical activity occurred during recirculation, failure persisted no reappearing. structural alterations minor severity, but extensive progressive tissue damage seen. The data indicate that degree lactic acidosis has pronounced effects on development irreversible ischemic nerve cells injury.
