摘要: Squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) are the most frequent tumours complicating organ transplantation. Whereas SCC can be successfully treated with conventional surgery, other lesions show an aggressive course recurrence and metastases. We assessed value of nuclear morphometry in detecting ab initio potential for course. Nuclear perimeter, area, feret X Y were calculated semi-automatically on image analyzer histological sections 15 non-aggressive, 6 recurrent developed seven graft recipients. found statistically significant differences all parameters studied between initially SCC, and, to a lesser extent, non-aggressive SCC. These results suggest that some have more evolution; useful adjunct order better study these lesions.
