摘要: A miniaturized analytical system for separating and detecting toxic organophosphate nerve agent compounds, based on the coupling of a micromachined capillary electrophoresis chip with thick-film amperometric detector, is described. Factors influencing on-chip separation detection processes have been optimized. Using MES buffer (20 mM, pH 5.0) running buffer, 72-mm-long channel, voltage 2000 V, baseline resolution observed paraoxon, methyl parathion, fenitrothion, ethyl parathion in 140 s. Such miniaturization speed advantages are coupled to submicromolar limits good precision. Applicability spiked river water samples demonstrated, implications on-site environmental monitoring rapid security screening/warning discussed.
