摘要: A game theoretic model for automated decision making in smart industry is proposed.Smart one which forms synergy of devices using Internet Things (IoT).The uses the data collected by IoT sensors to evaluate performance employees. The results show a significant improvement employee motivation achieved removal manual evaluation system. integrates ubiquitous sensing capabilities (IoT) with industrial infrastructure order automate various operations. The system can be used replace where there are ample chances biasness. This paper proposes employees industry. embedded identify activities employees. identified then classified as positive, negative and neutral activities. In addition, an said participating activity if co-located. Therefore, collects location every GPS calculates participation each based upon data. information hence obtained draw cognitive decisions theory. experimental study compares proposed depict over impact on evaluated both experimentally mathematically. that correct effectively motivates favor Thus, efficiently automates process
