摘要: We show that any critical transition region between two adjacent Hall plateaus in either integer or fractional quantum effect is characterized by a universal semicircle'' relationship the longitudinal and transverse conductivities [sigma][sub [ital xx]],[sigma][sub xy]], provided sample homogeneous isotropic on large scale. This demonstrated both for phase-coherent transport as well incoherent transport.
