摘要: A microfluidic device with integrated ZnO nanowires (NWs) has been used for photodegradation studies of organic dye. By using conventional photolithography and hydrothermal growth techniques, high density well-aligned NWs were grown on a patterned area over glass substrate, allowing easy integration into reaction chamber under continuous-flow conditions. Cyclic experiments are shown to demonstrate the variation photocatalytic efficiency during first cycles. Accordingly, pretreatments such as annealing flushing dye solution performed in order determine optimal As expected, microfluidics based approach exhibited much improved comparing method dispersed NWs.
