摘要: Aim: The objective of the present study was to assess implant survival rate, hard and soft tissue response aesthetic outcome 1 year after immediate placement provisionalization single-tooth implants in pre-maxilla. All patients underwent same strategy, that is mucoperiosteal flap elevation, placement, insertion a grafting material between socket wall connection screw-retained provisional restoration. Material Methods: Thirty consecutive were treated for replacement zone by means provisionalization. Reasons tooth loss included caries, periodontitis or trauma. At 6 months, crowns replaced permanent ones. Clinical radiographic evaluation completed at 1, 3, 12 months complications, parameters patient's satisfaction. Results: One had failed month follow-up, resulting an rate 97%. Radiographic examination yielded 0.98 mm mesial, respectively, 0.78 mm distal bone loss. Midfacial recession mesial/distal papilla shrinkage 0.53, 0.41and 0.31 mm, respectively. Patient's satisfaction 93%. Conclusions: preliminary results suggest proposed strategy can be considered valuable treatment option well-selected patients.
