摘要: Due to the busy lifestyles of people in developed countries, insufficient sleep has emerged as a central health issue general population. Objective home monitoring is preferable for identifying problems and improving quality. Several instruments, most notably wrist actigraphy, have been used this purpose. However, various impediments, including economic practical concerns, continued hamper widespread use self-sleep monitoring. In study, we contactless biomotion sensor based on SleepMinder™ with frequency band modified from 5.8 GHz 10.525 Hz comply Japanese Radio Law. The purpose study was validate accuracy sleep-wake algorithm adult outpatients by new sensing system. We examined data using simultaneous polysomnography compared results previous actigraphy studies. Data were collected at two institutions, Ota Memorial Sleep Center Kuwamizu Hospital. total, 211 subjects participated 148 (99 apnea-hypopnea index score 15) analysis. overall system 84.1%, its sensitivity specificity 91.8% 37.6%, respectively. automated slightly overestimated total time (bias: +13 min) efficiency +3%) polysomnography. As onset latency wake after onset, these underestimated. are comparable studies, indicate that sufficiently accurate patterns
