Anger management and violence prevention : improving effectiveness

摘要: After reviewing the findings of previous studies anger management programs, this paper discusses a study 200 male offenders (mainly prisoners) in South Australia and Western before after they participated an intervention. The found that overall impact interventions was small no significant differences were observed for community versus prison participants. question who benefits most from concluding those high low control at outset, motivated to work on their problems, showed greater improvement wide range measures. also reasons offender makes recommendations improving outcomes.
