摘要: We present zero-field positive muon spin relaxation (μSR) measurements for LiY1-xHoxF4 samples with x = 0.0017, 0.0085, 0.0406, and 0.0855. characterize the dynamics associated formation of (F-μ-F)- complex by comparing our data Monte Carlo simulations to determine concentration range over which are determined primarily Ho3+-μ interaction rather than F-μ interaction. Simulations show that F-μ-F oscillations should evolve into a Lorentzian Kubo--Toyabe decay an increasing static magnetic field distribution Γ (i.e., x), but do not this behavior, consistent recently reported existence strong fluctuations in system at low temperatures. Anisotropy is shown cause small errors order 10% from behavior predicted isotropic distribution. Finally, numerical calculations values calculated single-ion limit greatly exceed extracted curve fits, suggesting correlations play important role system.
