摘要: The invention discloses a high-nitrogen steel laser spot welding-vacuum brazing hybrid welding method. method comprises the following steps that firstly, to-be-welded surfaces of workpieces are pretreated and then subjected to fixing by adopting mode, wherein technological parameters sport as follows: power is 400-500 W, focal length lens phi 50*100-phi 50*120 mm, light outlet frequency 10-15 Hz, speed 5-8 mm/s, total time 120-180 ms; secondly, coated with cream, vacuum technology adopted for performing stepwise on different sides positions exceptthose in first step, degree cavity unit 10-6-10-4 Pa, temperature 50-100 DEG C higher than cream melting temperature. According method, during welding, high-nitrogensteel base metal hardly melts, nitrogen element not lost, porosity prone occurring, mechanical performance brazed joints high.
