摘要: A microchannel plate has a platelike photosensitive glass substrate and plurality of microchannels formed separately from each other extending across the thickness substrate. secondary electron-emission surface is on an inner microchannels. Accelerating electrodes two opposite sides substrate, so as to be partially in electrical contact with secondary-emission surface. The are by applying ultraviolet rays through mask removing irradiated portions etching.
