摘要: A cellulase producing strain was newly isolated from soil samples and identified as Paenibacillus sp. LLZ1. novel aqueous-dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)/1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethyl phosphate ([Emin]DEP)-cellulase system designed optimized. In the pretreatment, DMSO found to be a low-cost substitute of up 70% ionic liquid enhance cellulose dissolution. enzymatic saccharification, optimum pH temperature LLZ1 were 6.0 40°C, respectively. Under optimized reaction condition, conversion microcrystalline bagasse increased by 39.3% 37.6%, compared with unpretreated cellulose. Compared current methods this new approach has several advantages including lower operating temperature, milder pH, less usage liquid, indicating marked progress in environmental friendly hydrolysis biomass-based materials.
