摘要: The autoantigen p43 is a nuclear protein initially identified with autoantibodies from dogs lupus-like syndrome. Here we show that an RNA-binding protein, and identify it as hnRNP G, previously described component of heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein complexes. We demonstrate p43/hnRNP G glycosylated, the modification O-linked N-acetylglucosamine.
