摘要: Decision support systems are known to be helpful for professionals in many medical professions. In social work, decision have had modest use, accompanied by strong criticism from the profession but often praise political management. this study aim of authors was collect and report on published evidence work. The conclusion is that a system gives workers conducting thorough investigation, at same time them freedom make autonomous decisions might most used workers. Their results also indicate focusing atypical rather than typical cases perceived as useful among experienced staff.
