摘要: Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the predictive value of clinical, laboratory, and imaging variables for diagnosis vesicoureteral reflux in children with their first febrile urinary tract infection. Materials Methods: One hundred fifty-three infection were divided into two groups according results voiding cystourethrography: 60 93 without. The sensitivity, specificity, positive negative value, likelihood ratio (positive negative), accuracy determined. Results: Of 153 infection, patients (39.2%) had reflux. There significant differences between regarding fever>38 o C, suprapubic pain, C-reactive protein quantitative level, number red blood cells urine, renal ultrasound dimercaptosuccinic acid scanning (p<0.05). correlations fever>38.2 C Also, there erythrocyte sedimentation rate, nitrite test, hyaline cast, high-grade Conclusions: revealed as best markers In addition, are
