摘要: This review focuses on recent applications of matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (MALDI-FTICR-MS) in qualitative and quantitative analysis low molecular weight compounds. The scope the work includes amino acids, small peptides, mono oligosaccharides, lipids, metabolic compounds, molecule phytochemicals from medicinal herbs even volatile organic compounds tobacco. We discuss both direct following derivatization. In addition we sample preparation strategies to reduce interferences m/z range improve sensitivities by derivatization with charge tags. also present coupling head space techniques MALDI-FTICR-MS.
