摘要: Electric discharge laser with chirp correction. Fast wavelength correction equipment includes at least one piezoelectric drive and a fast detection means has feedback response time of less than 1.0 millisecond. In preferred embodiment simple learning algorithm is described to allow advance tuning mirror adjustment in anticipation the learned pattern. Techniques include combination relatively slow stepper motor (82) very driver. another embodiment, made on pulse-to-pulse basis where pulse measured next corrected based measurement. This technique able function repetition rates as rapid 2000 Hz greater.
