摘要: A holographic light shaping diffuser (LSD) is formed from a monolithic glass material by recording structures (sometimes collectively known as 'speckle', particularly when the extend into interior of diffuser) in during its formation. volume LSD may be produced photolithographic writting or other imaging photosentitive material, including steps providing sol-gel solution (30), mixing (32) casting (34), gelling/aging (36), exposing (38), heating (40), and consolidating (42). Alternatively, surface this process embossing onto high quality optical on film layer coated substrate. Both types diffusers control angular spread transmitted while homogenizing otherwise spatially noisy sources such LCDs filamented maintaining damage thresholds consistent with any element. The has transmission efficiency over 90 % ultraviolet wavelengths through physical spectrum near-infrared. Moreover, because true glass, it capable withstanding temperatures well beyond transition plastic LSDs, can convex concave surfaces conventional molding, grinding, polishing techniques, hot-coating techniques. also very laser power threshold.
