摘要: The present invention provides soles, platforms, or inserts incorporated into footwear, preferably athletic designed to promote a more efficient running technique by an energy-translating sole comprising one angular displacement members, balance-thrust and counterbalance as well conventional features. Systems methods of the facilitating foot-strike occur at point under behind runner's center gravity. This may be accomplished, for example, member, member working cooperatively displace gravity translate gravitational, inertial ground reaction forces, muscular tension linear momentum.
