摘要: Whole-rock geochemical and Sm/Nd isotope data are presented for a representative suite of crustal rocks from the Pindos Ophiolite in order to resolve origin signature boninites. Comparison is made with Triassic MORB Avdella melange other ophiolitic northwestern Greece. Hydrothermal alteration results large scatter Sr K some variability Ba, Th U. The boninites contain high Zr Hf respect REE, characteristic many Pb, La/Sm Nb decrease decreasing TiO2 IAT, but then increase Nd isotopic values expressed as eNd systematically TiO2, 7–8 IAT 0.6–3.0 As mantle wedge harzburgite became increasingly depleted, another magma source contributed significant amounts REE probably Nb. Pb large-ion lithophile elements may have been transported aqueous solutions subducting slab, imply an ocean-island basalt (OIB)-type within wedge. This OIB consequence plume activity during late rifting.
