摘要: While training is seen to be of high importance in ensuring adequate human reliability, both reliability theory and practice, the question what “adequate training” actually entails rarely addressed this field. Many techniques assessment, for example, utilize a “performance‐shaping factor” called “training” help quantify error probabilities.
