Application of Gabor transform technique to supervise power system transient harmonics

摘要: A novel approach to visualising power system harmonic trends is proposed. The Gabor transform technique, embedded with a Gaussian-like window function, applied help monitor variations in the time dimension. Using proposed scheme, transient harmonics can be closely observed. method has been tested for inspection of inrush current transformers and industrial arc furnace disturbances. results demonstrate merits applications.
