摘要: Plants of the genus Scutellaria L. (Lamiaceae) are broadly distributed in nature and rich sources flavonoids. Therefore, its individual species have been investigated by many researchers [1]. Flavonoids, most numerous class natural phenolic compounds such as chalcones, flavones, flavanones, isoflavones, biflavones, lignoflavones, which exhibit P-vitamin, inhibiting, cytotoxic, antimetastatic, antibacterial, other types activity, isolated from representatives this plant We studied for first time aerial part S. schachristanica Zuz. collected Samarkand Oblast Republic Uzbekistan during flowering. Dried ground (1000 g) was extracted at room temperature EtOH (×6, 70%). The combined alcohol extract condensed vacuo to 0.75 L diluted with water 1.5 aqueous shaken successively petroleum ether (6 × 0.5 L), CHCl3 EtOAc (10 L). Solvents were removed produce petroleum-ether (10.5 g), (12.0 (20 fractions. chromatographed over a column (2.5 150 cm) silica gel (450 gradient elution CHCl3:CH3OH. Elution system ratios 97:3, 95:5, 90:10, 85:15 six (1–6) flavonoid character. A comparison spectral data (UV added NaOAc; IR, PMR, 13C NMR) literature direct authentic samples identified chrysin (1) [2], apigenin (2) [3], hispidulin (3) [4], scutellarin (4) [5], cosmosiin (5) [6], scutellarein-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) [5].
