摘要: Due to geographical position and location, the Croatian power system has an opportunity for cross-border electricity trading. Cross-border transaction causes additional flows in internal transmission network that can lead congestion. Congestion occurs when a line between two locations is loaded close its limit. In order investigate influence of trading on system, computer model market created. Computer software used purpose EMCAS (Electricity Market Complex Adaptive System). This enables agent-based modeling simulation. Agent-based means every participant represented as independent agent with own strategy decision making. Moreover, agents have abilities learning adapting. this way, created simulate cases; without Influences are discussed. Results conclusion briefly presented paper.
