摘要: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and explore factors influencing prognosis rehabilitation. was a retrospective study. Twenty-five aSAH were treated physical therapy, occupational speech cognitive music Chinese acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen, transcranial magnetic stimulation. The general data all collected, functional scores at admission compared those discharge. Mini Mental State Examination, Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (FMAS) motor balance assessment, Holden Functional Ambulation Classification (FAC), modified Rankin Scale, National Institute Health Stroke Modified Barthel Index activities daily living (ADL), Glasgow Outcome significantly improved among 25 after 1 month training. Hydrocephalus an independent factor ability perform ADLs (odds ratio, 0.29; 95% confidence interval, 2.03. 3.15; p = 0.000). improvement in not related sex, surgical method, aneurysm location, age, or smoking status. Comprehensive professional is effective cognition, movement, walking, ADLs, aSAH, while early hydrocephalus may be risk poor ADLs.
