These chapters cover an existing knowledge formation, experimental with focus mechanosensitive channels, interactions in assembly/stability, fragmentation, pore Tat complex system. In almost every chapter, models have been integrated. A merger phenomena theoretical physics is not quite intriguing for biologists/biochemists lacking adequate physical modeling its applications, vice versa.
