Temperature dependence of dielectric polarization and strain behaviors for rhombohedral PIMNT single crystal with different crystallographic orientations

摘要: Abstract In this study, the dielectric, ferroelectric and strain behaviors of 0.35Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3–0.35Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.30PbTiO3 (0.35PIN–0.35PMN–0.30PT or PIMNT35/35/30) single crystal with different crystallographic orientations were investigated as a function temperature. The Curie temperature TC rhombohedral to tetragonal phase transition Trt risen up 188 °C 120 °C, respectively. coercive field EC remnant polarization Pr for 〈0 0 1〉 〈1 1 0〉 oriented crystals found be 5.8 kV/cm, 27.5 μC/cm2 8.5 kV/cm, 38.7 μC/cm2 at room temperature, data obtained from hysteresis loops measured in wide range. unipolar level was 0.65% an electric 32 kV/cm, piezoelectric coefficient d33 ∼ 2000 pC/N crystal. Besides, intermediate metastable state induced 12.5 kV/cm crystal, which can utilized large power transducers such sonar actuator.
