摘要: Stochastic fluctuations of chemical reactions are particularly prominent in small systems such as cells. Such cellular signal processes have been observed directly by single-molecule imaging. Recent theoretical studies also revealed that stochastic generate the number a molecule, which can be related to their functioning amplification signals. Here, we study how large each reaction generates and amplifies fluctuations. The general framework fluctuation response relation non-equilibrium physics throws light upon this problem. result has applied chemotactic processing eukaryotic cell, Dictyostelium revealing accuracy chemotaxis is determined noise ratio between G-protein coupled receptor.
