摘要: For the analysis of methylhippuric acids (MHAs) in human urine samples, this study, a new method based on metal–organic framework (MOF) MIL-53-NH2 (Al) microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) was developed. The synthesis characterized Fourier transform infrared spectra, field emission-scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Response surface methodology used to investigate influences several parameters including type volume elution, conditional solvent, sample extraction cycle MEPS efficiency. results showed good recoveries (>94) excellent efficiencies (>96) at three different concentrations 50, 500 1500 μg ml−1 (as low, mid high concentrations, respectively) MHA isomers. Calibration curves MHAs were linear over concentration range 1–1500 ml−1, with correlation coefficients (r ≥ 0.998). reproducibility proposed MIL-53-MEPS for determination isomers found be 3.5–11.1. After optimization technique, it analyze samples workers exposed xylenes petrochemical plant Asalouyah, Iran. indicated that MOF–MEPS selective, sensitive, rapid efficient urinary MHAs. technique is also environmentally friendly inexpensive, MOF reusable. © 2019 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
