摘要: This critical analysis of the literature examines racial disproportionality African American children in U.S. child welfare and foster care systems, disparate access to Child Protective Services (CPS) referred support services. At each decision point within services, are disproportionately represented Black families subject employment, housing, mental health assessment treatment.
