Photoreduction of carbon dioxide using strontium zirconate nanoparticles

摘要: The utilization of CO2 and solar energy have drawn much attention due to global warming fuel crisis. Of particular interest in our research, we prepared strontium zirconate (SrZrO3) nanoparticles as the photocatalyst convert into value-added products. SrZrO3 were successfully synthesized via a sonochemical method applied photoreduction CO2. samples characterized by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Brunauere Emmette Teller measurement, photoelectron spectroscopy UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Ethanol, methane carbon monoxide major products with yield respectively follows, 41 μmol g‒1, 2.57 g‒1 1.6 after 4 h reaction. reason for multiple is briefly discussed. Our work indicates that as-prepared can be used promising turning chemicals.
