摘要: Sperm miRNAs were reported to regulate spermatogenesis and early embryonic development in some mammals including bovine. The dairy cattle breeding industry now tends collect semen from younger bulls under high selection pressure at a time when quality may be suboptimal compared adult bulls. Whether the patterns of spermatic are affected by paternal age and/or impact embryogenesis is not clear. Hence, we generated small non-coding RNA libraries sperm collected same 10, 12, 16 months age, using as control for differential expression functional analysis. We firstly excluded all present measurable quantity oocytes according literature. Of remaining miRNAs, ten sperm-borne significantly differentially expressed (four 10 vs contrast six 12 contrast). Targets identified transcriptomic database two-cell embryos, genes related competence, blastocysts. Ingenuity pathway analysis targets these suggested potential influence on developmental competence embryos metabolism protein synthesis results showed that miRNA bull mediate effects development.
