摘要: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a transitional stage between normal aging and Alzheimer's disease (AD). Recent functional imaging studies have demonstrated regional deactivation magnitudes changes of default-mode network (DMN) in patients, accompanied by defect memory function. However, connectivity the DMN during task performance was rarely investigated. METHODS : 26 amnestic MCI 27 healthy controls underwent magnetic resonance (fMRI) an episodic task. Resting-state fMRI data were also collected. The networks under both task-related resting-state obtained with temporal correlation analysis. RESULTS: Significantly decreased found mainly anterior-posterior aMCI groups. And existed MMSE scores. CONCLUSIONS: This study showed that disconnectivity could be used as biomarker for predicting future decline patients.
