摘要: Abstract The joining of 4J29 kovar alloy and 316L stainless steel with a Co interlayer was successfully accomplished by vacuum diffusion bonding in temperature range 855–945 °C, an axial load 10 MPa employed to acquire diffusion-bonded joints. Interfacial microstructures joints were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission (TEM). mechanical properties bonded evaluated tensile strength micro-hardness tests. results showed that had significant effects on layer at side comprised solid solution Fe–Co–Ni solution + FeCo, respectively. In addition, Kirkendall effect found near interlayer. behavior various atoms Fick's law Arrhenius relationship, growth kinetics activation also investigated. If 945 °C, would fracture side, maximum 516 MPa acquired. the mechanism 4J29/Co/316L analyzed.
