摘要: This study proposes a new concept of pH-sensitive poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanoparticle composite microcapsules for oral delivery insulin. Firstly, insulin-sodium oleate complex was prepared by the hydrophobic ion pairing method and then encapsulated into PLGA nanoparticles emulsion solvent diffusion method. In order to reduce burst release insulin from deliver specific gastrointestinal regions, hence enhance bioavailability insulin, were further Eudragit(®) FS 30D prepare organic spray-drying The preparation evaluated in vitro vivo, absorption mechanism discussed. drug studies revealed that pH dependent, vivo results demonstrated formulation an effective candidate delivery.
