摘要: Abstract In this study, a flexible amine-functionalized triphenylamine dye 2 was developed and utilized as G4 DNA fluorescent probe. The selectivity, sensitivity binding properties of the interacting with DNAs were investigated. illustrated in fluorescence titration assays preferentially bound significant “light-up” effect. detection limit value for below 10 nM solution. CD spectroscopy analysis revealed that could promote G-rich sequence to adapt an antiparallel structure. These results indicated showed stronger affinity response than our previous reported triphenylamine-quinolinium scaffold ( 1b ) due incorporation amine moiety. Therefore, study gave certain crucial factors on developing effective probes DNA. cellular application cancer cells HepG2 also demonstrated.
