摘要: The effects of varied durations cocaine (1, 3 or 5 days) on muscarinic (MSC) and benzodiazepine (BZD) binding sites in striatum hippocampus were investigated using homogenate receptor binding. progressive alterations these from a day administration also examined 12 h, 2 days 21 after drug exposure. Neither one nor three exposure to produced any long-term alteration BZD either structure whereas significant increases Decreases MSC apparent immediate striatal hippocampal which persisted for days. Conversely, short-term increase both structures then became significantly decreased later. Based the divergent pattern changes types over time structures, it appears that may induce such via separate mechanisms. In addition, is numbers can be quite dynamic, changing rapidly time.
