摘要: Square wave excitation is an excellent choice for signal in broad bandwidth and fast impedance measurement. The advantages are simple scalability, easy generation straight forward data reduction by non-uniform sampling. often cited disadvantage of low energy at high frequency only partially relevant because a sampling rate changing portions the measured guarantees sufficient signal-to-noise ratio throughout range determined speed, slew amplifiers used time duration signal. Although briefly looking spectra other signals suggests their better performance, having well-designed system from through processing up to proper mining shows square excitation, especially if speed important. Here we describe method obtaining estimate broadband spectrum over several orders magnitude while requiring minimum computing power.
