摘要: This study compares the environmental impacts of meatless and meat-containing meals in United States according to consumption data order identify commercial opportunities lower meals. Average meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were assessed using life cycle assessment. Retail consumer wastes, weight losses gains through cooking, used adjust quantities production quantities.
