摘要: Sclerosing injections targeting neovascularisation have been demonstrated to give promising clinical results in patients with chronic painful Achilles tendinosis. In this study, fifteen elite or recreational athletes (12 men and three women) the diagnosis patellar tendinosis/Jumper’s knee 15 tendons were included. All had a long duration of pain symptoms (mean = 23 months) from tendon, ultra-sonography + colour doppler examination showed structural tendon changes hypo-echoic areas neovascularisation, corresponding area. The treated ultrasound doppler-guided sclerosing substance Polidocanol, area neovascularisation. At follow-up 6 after mean amount treatments, there was good result 12/15 tendons. back their previous (before injury) sport activity level, recorded on VAS-scale decreased significantly (VAS 81 10). Our findings indicate that treatment injections, neovessels tendinosis, has potential cure also allow go full patellar-tendon loading activity.
