摘要: We attempted treating 5 patients with ascites from peritonitis carcinomatosa of gastric carcinoma using TS-1 as systemic chemotherapy, and repeated intraperitoneal injection low-dose CDDP for the carcinomatous ascites. was administered in usual manner (10 mg/body) dissolved physiological saline 20-500 ml given an implantable reservoir. In 3 patients, disappeared, 2 other they decreased remarkably. As a result, QOL PS all were improved.
