摘要: Cladonia rangiferina (L.)Wigg., mitis Sandst., and Umbilicaria muhlenbergii (Ach.) Tuck, were extracted with acetone while damp after three different drying procedures. The extracts chromatographed scanned spectrophotometrically. Some of the C. compounds not extractable from material. All lichen substances studied here decreased significantly in thalli which dried an oven at 80 °C, some to point imperceptibility. There was no qualitative difference between complement found material 22 °C 40 °C. We recommend that be carried out a temperature exceeding Chemical variability among thallus regions ages rangiferina, mitis, muhlenbergii, Lasallia papulosa Llano. Fumarprotocetraric acid, atranorin, usnic acid present higher amounts younger tissue than older. Protocetraric rangiferi...
