摘要: To evaluate the genotoxic and physiological effects of acute hypoxia on pacific white shrimp (L. vannamei), shrimps were treated firstly with three dissolved oxygen levels 6.5 ppm (control), 3.0 1.5 for 24 h, respectively, then reoxygenated (6.5 ppm) h. The changes superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glutathione peroxidases (GPX) malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration DNA damage in tissues gill, hepatopancreas hemolymph examined during period reoxygenation. results indicated SOD GPX MDA all increased basically compared control except concentrations gill at 12 h (3.0 ppm), these parameters recovered to some degree Moreover, comet assays showed an obvious time- dose-dependent response hypoxia, which assay two could be used as sensitive biomarker detect occurrence hypoxia. We conclude that can induce oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation L. vannamei may come from hypoxia-induced stress.
