Meroterpenoids With Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B Inhibitory Activities From the Fruiting Bodies of Ganoderma ahmadii.

摘要: Ganoderma fungi have long been used as functional foods and traditional medicines in Asian countries. ahmadii is one of the main species distributed Hainan province China, fruiting bodies which folk to lower blood sugar for a time. A chemical investigation led isolation seven new meroterpenoids, named ganoduriporols F-L (1-7). The structures compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data including HRESIMS 2D NMR. Compounds 5-7 represent first examples ganoduriporol-type meroterpenoids bearing oxepane rings their skeletons. 1-4 showed inhibitory activity against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) comparable positive control Na3VO4, with IC50 values 17, 20, 19, 23 μM, respectively.
